Divide your garden room in to 2 rooms by adding a shed as part of the construction. The shed will have an OSB timber finish inside and have its own access via a solid Upvcdoor with multi-point security locks.

Raise the Front Height
This option is perfect for home gyms or similar environments where elevated equipment is necessary. According to the rules for permitted development, there must be a minimum distance of 2 metres from any boundary if you select this choice. The cost is calculated per meter of the width of the selected size for your garden room.
0.5 Metre Height Increase – £300 inc vat per metre
1 Metre Height Increase – £600 inc vat per metre
Fire Proofing
For rooms over 15m square, there needs to be a minimum space of 1 metre to the boundary. However if we construct boundary facing walls using materials that are substantially non-combustible we can build up to the boundary. To do this we comply with building regulations and use modern fire resistant materials. This is priced per meter adding £250 inc vat to the overall price of your room.
