We found his quote accurate, no hidden extras and explained clearly the work that was being undertaken. Sam regularly kept us up to date with progress, even giving us the exact day the plasterer, electrician and painter and decorator were to attend. We found him to be extremely professional, courteous and hard working. All mess was cleared up as he went along. He also chatted through what types of doors, windows and flooring we could have. No question was left unanswered. Would seriously recommend Sam and John (who worked beside him all the way) for anyone considering a bespoke, well made garden building.”

“We had Sam come in and build a room for us last year and it’s now a year old. It’s been in use, as an office, almost every working day since finished and has been worth every penny. Well built with a very neat finish inside and out, it has been perfect in hot, cold, wet and dry weather. No issues whatsoever. Sam and his team were diligent in making sure the build was finished in good time. Would we have added anything else? Only that we would have got Sam to cut a hole to allow an outlet for a portable air- con unit we have but that’s only because we didn’t think of it!!
